The 2026 Culinary Federation National Conference will be taking place amid the dynamic blend of innovation and tradition that defines the Waterloo Region of Ontario. We invite chefs, culinary professionals, and partners from across Canada, the United States, and beyond to gather from May 25 to 28, 2026. This particular region of Ontario is known for its' fusion of urban flair, rural charm, and heartfelt community spirit. Waterloo offers an extraordinary culinary canvas, where bustling farmers' markets, local breweries, and farm-to-table experiences come together to celebrate the best of Canadian food culture.
