This May at the Canadian Culinary Federation 2026 National Conference, chefs and culinary professionals from across Canada, the United States, and beyond will gather in the heart of Ontario's Waterloo Region. Guided by the theme ROOTED AND RISING: Honouring Tradition and Shaping the Future, this year's conference celebrates the rich foundations of our profession while looking ahead to the ideas, people, and practices shaping what comes next. It is a gathering designed to spark connection, creativity, and pride in Canadian cuisine and the communities that sustain it.
